Quotes
Quotes are given free of charge and without obligation. If the scope of a job changes once work is underway, we'll agree any change in price with you before continuing.
Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the boiler, heating system or work area.
Materials & parts
Parts and materials are confirmed with you before ordering. Old parts and materials removed as part of a job are cleared away unless agreed otherwise.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of quoting. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about an invoice.
